Junior Program
Putting a large emphasis on our junior angler education we help equip young fishers with skills they will use over their lifetime.
The Junior Program is designed to provide children with an outdoor educational experience that will give them the skills and knowledge to; Explore the beach safely, Fish sustainably, and Appreciate the natural environment while having fun and being mentored by an experienced local fisherman.
Let’s Tackle Waste
RBAA in cooperation with the Gympie Regional Council (GRC is helping to reduce marine debris in our region.
The aim of the Let’s Tackle Waste program is to determine the amount & types of rubbish that is been littered on Rainbow Beach.
RBAA members collect litter from the area and record the type & amount of litter, the GRC accumulates important data over time, and the GRC can then tackle rubbish from the source, and together we can make a bigger impact.
